I had a FANTASTIC STAY in the luxurious suite with stunning Bosphorus view! the helpful staff and amazing breakfast made me feel so pampered. I would stay here again! the room was even better in person than in photos.

The exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly by Jihane at the concierge and Mustafa Yildirim at the restaurant, truly made my stay memorable. Their attentiveness and helpfulness went above and beyond, ensuring a fantastic experience during my time at the hotel. However, the overpricing of certain amenities like swimming caps for pool entry could be improved to enhance guest satisfaction.

Overall, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The view from our room was stunning, got to see the whole city and it was breathtaking! The service was top-notch, and our room was always spotless, felt like proper royalty there! The location was spot-on, easy walking distance to all the main sights and quick to get a cab too. Shoutout to the restaurants on the 6th floor and the Terrace, where the manager and Aiper did a brilliant job!

The views were partial as I had to look through buildings to see the Bosphorus from my 6th-floor room. The hotel accommodated the extra bed for my child, but the room was small for 6 occupants. I appreciated the effort the staff made when I raised this concern, and they promptly moved us to a larger room with a better view of the city. the dining experience at Izaka Terrace was exceptional, with a diverse and satisfying menu that catered to every palate.

I faced an issue with the complementary water, as it was not replenished in my room the next day.

The hotel's Safira Spa & Fitness is a treasured gem of the city, offering a variety of vibrant fitness and wellness programs for all ages and abilities. I had the pleasure of experiencing the VIP spa with Gold and Aurum treatment rooms, complete with a private Turkish Bath, sauna, and jacuzzi, which provided an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The Four Hands Massage was particularly memorable, as the technique involving two therapists working in harmony truly elevated the experience. Additionally, the specialty of the massage with aromatherapy oils impressed me, as it strengthened my body's potential to heal itself.
